The use method and advantages of PVC decorative foil/film(Thermofoil)

How to use PVC decorative film, as follows:

1. There are two different materials for PVC decorative film and plain film, which are suitable for hand sticking, flat sticking and vacuum press;

2. The material for flat laying is suitable for lamination by hand or mechanical roller coating.

3. Vacuum press materials are suitable for vacuum press bonding, and the vacuum press materials usually have a temperature resistance above 120°C.

4. PVC decorative film, commonly known as plastic veneer, is a widely used surface decoration material. According to the pattern or color, it can be divided into monochrome or wood grain, according to the hardness, it can be divided into PVC film and PVC sheet, and according to the brightness, it can be divided into matt and strong light. According to the veneer process, it can be divided into flat decorative film and vacuum plastic decorative board. Among them, PVC sheets are generally used in the production process of vacuum blister. High-end office furniture, cabinet doors, bathroom cabinet doors, home improvement doors, and decorative panels often use PVC boards as vacuum press foil.
Advantages of PVC decorative film:

1. The advantages of PVC decorative film are relatively wear-resistant, heat-resistant, fire-proof, oil-proof, cheap, easy to clean, and acid and alkali resistance. Compared with the original wood, it has no big color difference, and the operation is very simple.

2. One advantage of PVC decorative film is that it is more environmentally friendly than traditional paint boards, and it has a strong wood-like feel, and the surface does not need to be painted. Covering the wood-based panel with a decorative film can effectively inhibit the volatilization of harmful substances in the panel and avoid the pungent smell and pollution that paint brings to our body. It allows us to move in quickly after the house is renovated, and the surface of the board will become very smooth after being treated with a decorative film.

3. The PVC decorative film is printed with wear-resistant ink, and there is a protective film on the surface, which is not easy to fade and be scratched off. After being decorated with decorative film, it can be made into furniture, stereos, mirrors, wardrobes, plastic gussets, plastic doors and windows, handrails and other decorative materials.
