Phenomenon: Broken edges and corners
Cause analysis: Generally, such problems occur, the temperature is too high or too low, and the time or length of the problem will be improved by adjusting the temperature and time.
Solution: When there is a quality problem with the PVC blister film, you should adjust the process or parameters item by item for the above reasons and make a record. Do not adjust multiple process parameters or processes at the same time, otherwise the real cause of the quality problem will be difficult to identify. It is difficult to formulate and adjust the process standards of the production environment to provide an objective basis.
Phenomenon: Poor adsorption
Reasons: 1. The coating is too thin and the coating is uneven. 2. The printing substrate is rough and the absorption is too strong. 3. The blister oil is too thin and the blister force is insufficient. 4. Insufficient temperature when heating and sealing. 5. Influence of ink layer crystallization. 6. The blister oil has deteriorated after being stored for too long.
Solution: 1. Adjust the roller and coating amount. 2. Replace the printing substrate or apply primer first. 3. Replace the blister oil or increase the coating amount. 4. Increase the temperature during solder sealing. 5. Wipe the surface of the printed matter or add 5% lactic acid to dilute it before applying blister oil. 6. Replace the blister oil.
Phenomenon: The polished surface is dull
Reasons: 1. The blister oil is too thin and the coating is too thin. 2. Excessive dilution, too much non-reaction solvent. 3. The viscosity is too high and the leveling is poor. 4. Low drying temperature and poor film quality.
Solution: 1. Increase the coating amount. 2. Try not to add dilution, use stock solution. 3. Reduce the coating amount. 4. Properly increase the drying temperature.
